Ideas are the foundation

to build something beautiful.

Only ventures based on a great idea become amazing companies. This means companies need to find these ideas. We call this Treasure Hunting.

Treasure Hunting is important for company growth and continuity of any company. Getting ideas on not only new products or services, but also on recruitment, communications and process management makes companies continuously successful.

Research is done in many ways. MARCILLAUD does interviews, desk research, we ask additional input from our business partners but we also invite students from different disciplines for input and solutions for existing problems.

The last part of the research process is disruptive ideation. The goal of this session is to develop a similar but better company, we call this “your competitor”.

MARCILLAUD’s approach is unique, we are real treasure hunters. Always making sure we find the biggest gems

and prepare your organisation

for the road ahead

Bringing a great idea to a potential product or service may well be the hardest part of building a new venture. After an idea is formed, how do you bring it to life?

The first step in building a new venture, is to create a profitable business model and business plan. Company knowledge is combined with market research results and venture building experience.

We appoint ambassadors from the company’s staff to take part in the new ventures. By appointing these company ambassadors, commitment on the new venture is created.

MARCILLAUD delivers business plans turn-key. This means, that it includes all the right suppliers, a time line, which departments and staff should be involved, as well as all the financial structures.

“The first steps are the hardest. Let us take them with you”.

Delivering you a turnkey business within 12 months”

Every new venture needs a CEO

like every ship needs a captain

To start a venture from scratch takes time and stamina. It also takes a large network, a lot of knowledge, sales and guts. Who within your company is fit to take on a new (ad)venture?

Often, due to workload or lack of experience, there is no ‘right’ person to oversee and realise the project. Let us help you! At MARCILLAUD we have years of experience in building ventures.

Because of our large network, we are able to provide a new venture with knowledge, knowhow and potential investments.

We start by creating the legal entity for the new venture and contracting the suppliers. We implement and keep a close eye on all parties involved to see it they live up to the expectations. If needed, adjustments are made.

Our own ventures.

We develop many ideas. If we truly believe they are groundbreaking (or could become unicorns) we start developing on our own. Interested in venturing with us?
